Return & Replacement – Before Accepting the Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please inspect it in front of the delivery agent and inform them immediately. We will only process replacement or refund requests if the issue is reported before accepting the product.

If there’s a valid issue, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

To Return a Product, You’ll Need:

• A valid order number or invoice
• A proper reason for the return (see below)

You Can Return If:

• You received the wrong product
• The product is damaged or not functioning properly
• Parts or accessories are missing
• The item is not as described on our website

You Cannot Return If:

• You accepted the product and later changed your mind
• The product was used, damaged by you, or parts are missing
• The original packaging or box is missing

Important: Please Check Before Accepting

Always inspect the product at delivery in front of the delivery agent. Once accepted, returns are only possible for verified issues such as damage or defects. No complaints will be accepted after the product is received and signed off.

Note: Partial deliveries are not eligible for return—you must return the full order if there’s an issue.

If We Cancel Your Order:

In rare cases where an item is out of stock or unavailable:

• We may cancel your order within 15 working days
• If you paid in advance, your refund will be processed within 10 working days
• Any cashback or voucher used will be adjusted in the final refund

If You Cancel Your Order:

If you choose to cancel your order after making an online payment:

• We will deduct any applicable payment gateway fees from the refund amount

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed:

• If the product is unavailable or
• If you opt for a refund instead of a replacement for a valid issue

Refunds are completed within 10 working days after issue verification.
